I’m a Continuous Improvement Specialist at ID Logistics UK, leading CI initiatives across a high-volume warehouse operation. I identify inefficiencies, map workflows, analyse KPIs, and drive measurable process change using Lean and structured improvement methodologies.

Before that, I built and deployed Warranty LocatR at Haynes Brothers — a full-stack internal web app that replaced a manual parts tracking process — and managed inventory and logistics across a national tyre distribution network at Stapleton’s. I hold PRINCE2 Foundation and AgilePM Foundation certifications. I don’t just study frameworks. I build the tools that prove I understand them.
